I read this article about how your mood determines wad u crave for. Like when you feel..

Lonely
U reach for: Carbs like macaroni, bread and pancakes. As they are bulking and comforting and "pple try to replace feelings of isolation with filling food".

Angry
U reach for: Crusty baguettes, caramel popcorn, nuts as " u are apt of take out frustrations on food that requires alot of vigorous chomping".

Sad
U reach for: Candy bars as " u crave sugary stuff for a quick boost of serotonin". Serotonin is a natural antidepressant. Chocos are proven to boost it too.

Happy
U reach for: Goodies like cake or ice cream as " celebrating makes u feel for carefree'.

Well.. I often crave for carbs, chocos, nuts, caramel popcorn, cakes. So apparently i often feel lonely, angry and happy at the same time. HAHAHAHAHA! I duno im capable of having such contradicting emotions at the same time.

anyway, some interesting figures.

48 is the maximum number of hours to go without exercising
As only 2 days of inactivity are enuf to cause the size of fat cells to insease by 25%. LOL due to my injury I havent been skipping for a week. Meaning my fat cells have increased by 75%! Hahahahaha. No wonder I have gained 5kgs.

15 is the number of minutes to spend laughing throughout the day
Laughing for 10-15mins a day can burn an extra 40 calories which is almost 2kg a year as a hearty chuckle is like a mini workout that casuese you to use your abdominal and chest muscles. Anyway if u are not amused u can fake laughing as your body cant differentiate real and fake laughing. It increases your heart beatall the same.

2 is the most number of hours of TV to allow yourself to watch each day
As more than that increases your risk of obesity by 23% and sitting on the couch merely burns 76 calories an hr much much less than wad u burn if u are doing something else.
